I honestly swear that I pay attention better in class when I can draw/knit/etc. Above are my marketing notes . . .
I've also been working on some gossamer infinity scarves. This one's in "ice".
It finally got colder out & I can put my knits to function. (The sweater was a $4 find at salvation army. Plus handknit boot toppers.)
I'm going through a bit of a big-cat phase lately as well . . . a quick sketch during a study break.

Beautified notes are the best!
ReplyDeleteI love the color of that yarn and the loose knit. Really pretty updates. :)
that gossamer scarf is dreamy!
ReplyDeleteI love how you draw; so awesome!
ReplyDeleteThe scarf is very pretty and so chic.
Beautiful sketches! I love your outfit - I was happy when it finally became cold enough around here to wear some knits too :)
ReplyDeletegorgeous notes & knits! It makes sense that you cocentrate better when your hands are busy, it probably helps focus your mind. I'm the same way.
ReplyDeleteI knit pretty much wherever I am including meetings where I definitely find I concentrate better (even though I think non-knitters find that hard to believe!).
ReplyDeleteVery pretty sketches! I used to sketch quite a lot in class too - I find that it helps keep me awake. Also like how you paired the slouchy knit with a short skirt and tall boots. Looks like comfort with style!
ReplyDeleteI actually could pay attention better while sketching in class. I think it might be a crafty/artistic/knitter thing! I always sketched in class before I learned to knit and now I (sometimes) knit in class and I pay attention better with busy hands. I love that thrifty sweater!
ReplyDeleteI love the sketches, and great knits you found!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that gossamer scarf. I wish I had seen that before I started a shawl for a Christmas present. I'll see if I have time...
ReplyDeleteAs much as I don't like winter, I too am always glad to get out my handknits and show them off!
